Maintain an understanding of the dealership's inventory and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to potential buyers.
Process online orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding their purchases.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing online sales performance.
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the dealership's CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process,



addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
