Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front Shop Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

This will be a full-time position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Ordering and receiving orders
Processing daily deposits
Conducting month-end inventory counts
Managing planograms (merchandising)
Assisting customers at the till

Qualifications
Solid communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.




Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Experience in technology sales or retail is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and sales techniques.
