Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, adhering to food safety standards
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or dietary options, and provide excellent customer service
Manage food preparation tasks such as assembling baked goods or light snacks as needed




Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality in all food service activities
Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring timely order delivery

Experience
Previous barista experience in the food industry or food service workplace is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous
Demonstrated ability in serving customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation or light food service tasks is a plus
