Concept Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our growing team in Red Deer, Alberta. If you're a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused workplace, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
Lead and support our administrative and clinical teams
Oversee daily office operations and scheduling
Drive exceptional patient experiences and case acceptance
Monitor KPIs, production, and office performance
Coach, train, and motivate staff
Ensure productive billing, insurance, and financial processes

What We're Looking For
Dental office management experience (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills




Experience with dental software (Curve is an asset)
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Passion for creating an outstanding team culture

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
