Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Night Baker to join our bakery team. As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of baked goods during overnight hours to ensure fresh, high-quality products are ready for the next day. Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including breakfast pastries, cakes, and specialty items during overnight shifts
Decorate with precision to meet quality standards and customer expectations
Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with health regulations
Package baked goods securely for delivery, maintaining presentation quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, including equipment sanitation and inventory management
Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling products




Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to produce consistent results each shift

Skills
Proven experience in baking, with a strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
Excellent attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining productivity and focus
Strong customer service orientation to ensure bakery products meet customer expectations when needed

Pay: $17.60-$28.67 per hour
