Data Entry Specialist – Pharmacy / Long-Term Care

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, supporting pharmacy operations within a nursing home or long-term care workplace. Experience with Kroll software and eMAR systems is essential for success in this role.

You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry of medication orders, maintaining patient records, and supporting pharmacists and healthcare staff in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter prescription and patient data accurately into Kroll pharmacy software.
Update and maintain electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR).
Ensure timely processing of medication orders for nursing home residents.
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and facility staff to resolve discrepancies.




Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience using Kroll pharmacy software is required.
Familiarity with eMAR systems in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
