Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Line Cook/Dishwasher to join our busy restaurant team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning
Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by washing dishes and sanitizing work areas
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing meal preparation efficiently
Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies




Follow all food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards
Assist in serving food to customers when needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders
Dishwashing duties, Meal prep as required

Skills
Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Basic understanding of meal preparation and food industry best practices

This role is vital for delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining a safe and clean kitchen workplace.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
