Marina Garden Estates Ltd. is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team. You will assist with the upkeep and maintenance of our marina, boat yard, commercial properties, rental properties and golf course facilities. This is a hands-on position that requires a robust work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

· Perform general maintenance on marina facilities, docks, buildings, and grounds.

· Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal.

· Maintain cleanliness of common areas, parking lots, washrooms, and work yard facilities.

· Assist with painting, pressure washing, and minor carpentry projects.

· Support boat yard operations as required.

· Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Assist with seasonal maintenance projects and facility improvements.

· Remove garbage and recycling from various properties.

· Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues.





· Follow all workplace safety procedures and policies.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous maintenance, construction, landscaping, or labour experience is considered an asset.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Positive communication and teamwork skills.

· Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.

· Ability to safely lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

Schedule

· 40 hours per week

· Schedule flexibility is required to support marina and golf course operations.

· Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
