Duties
Safely install various roofing materials, including shingles, metal panels, and membranes, following project specifications and blueprints.
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and utility knives to cut, shape, and secure roofing components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment to transport supplies to work areas efficiently.
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure watertight seals around vents, chimneys, and edges.




Conduct site inspections to verify proper alignment and installation quality throughout the project.
Assist with general construction tasks as needed, including framing, carpentry, and handyman duties to support roofing projects.

Experience
Prior experience in construction or roofing installation is highly preferred; however, motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with hand tools and basic carpentry skills will be advantageous.
Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions accurately.
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions.
Previous handyman or carpentry experience can provide a solid foundation for success in this role.
