Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team in Guelph, Ontario.
This role is ideal for a skilled technical qualified with a solid background in commercial refrigeration and gas equipment who enjoys troubleshooting, coordinating service activities, and supporting customers and technicians.
This is an in-house position where you will serve as a key technical resource, providing support to customers, field technicians, and service partners across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical troubleshooting and support for commercial refrigeration and gas equipment
Review and evaluate warranty claims, returned equipment, and product performance issues
Coordinate and dispatch service calls to authorized third-party service providers
Track open service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Review service reports, warranty documentation, and parts requirements




Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, customers, and service partners
Assist with product testing, quality improvements, and technical documentation
Support service operations and maintain robust customer relationships
Travel occasionally within Southern Ontario as required

Qualifications & Requirements
10+ years of experience with commercial refrigeration and gas equipment
Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician License
ODP Certification required
Strong knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, and gas troubleshooting
Experience coordinating service activities and managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
