Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product demonstrations
Handle cash register operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and receipt issuance
Conduct product demos to showcase features and perks, enhancing the customer experience
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction

Skills
Multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales environments
Strong communication skills with phone etiquette for remote or in-person interactions
Technical sales experience with product demos and explaining features clearly
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Customer service expertise with a focus on upselling and building rapport
Organizational skills to manage inventory, time, and customer flow efficiently
Bilingual proficiency (English plus additional languages) preferred for broader outreach
Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Excellent organizational skills paired with time management to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly

Pay: $17.60-$25.16 per hour
