Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to support overall store operations
Provide friendly,



attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with a solid focus on customer satisfaction
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
