Residential home builder is looking for a qualified and experienced customer care representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include: processing all warranty related claims including Tarion submissions, issuing work orders, coordinating repair appointments and ensuring repair completion, communicating in a qualified manner with homeowners and trades, liaising with construction personnel and consultants, preparing schedule for PDIs, preparing purchaser information packages, completing quality control inspections, and processing technical/performance audit repairs.

Qualifications: A minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, knowledge of Builderlynx, Tarion Warranty Coverage and the Construction Performance Guidelines. Applicant must have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills,



strong customer service experience and excellent verbal and written communication.

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries.
Record and modify customer information within the database.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
