Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Caulking Applicator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying joint sealants across a range of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Applicants should have experience in construction and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Applying caulking as required on-site
Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and efficiently
Interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate application
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and project standards
Preparing surfaces prior to application and finishing surfaces post-application for optimal results




Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow continuity
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout the project duration

Experience
Proven experience in caulking and joint sealant applications
Construction trades are highly desirable
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions accurately
Previous work within a construction environment demonstrating attention to detail and safety consciousness
