Finance Manager – Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to manage all finance-related processes. This position requires a strong background in sales, customer relations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
Present and explain financing options to customers
Process loan applications and verify documentation
Maintain robust relationships with lenders and financial partners
Monitor finance performance and develop improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with all financial and company policies




Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sales process

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in sales, finance, or management (industry preferred)
Strong understanding of loan structures, credit applications, and financial products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
