Basecamp Motorsports is Calgary's home for adventure — carrying Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, CFMOTO, Altis, E-Ride, and Stark. We're a quick-growing, multi-line powersports dealership built on hustle, teamwork, and helping people get outdoors. We're looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to drive new business growth across our commercial and fleet accounts — identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and turning first-time buyers into repeat commercial partners.

What You'll Do
Generate current business through cold calls, site visits, and networking
Identify commercial customer needs and develop tailored proposals
Negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales
Convert new accounts into long-term commercial relationships
Sell parts and accessories alongside unit sales to facilitated accounts
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on unit gross margin and parts revenue — total compensation $80,000–$120,000+

What You Bring
Proven sales experience — commercial, B2B, or fleet sales an asset
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality — comfortable prospecting and closing independently
Valid driver's license
Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle is a big plus
