Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a positive attitude
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers, following health regulations and safety guidelines
Collaborate closely with servers to deliver timely and accurate food service to guests




Follow all sanitation procedures, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues during service
Previous experience with serving or customer interaction is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
