Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server & Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Server & Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink/food orders and providing recommendations.
Monitor customer consumption levels to ensure responsible serving practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.




Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar & dining area, including proper storage of ingredients and adherence to sanitation standards.
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with experience in cashiering or restaurant environments.
Robust time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
