With a diverse residential property portfolio, Advanced Property Management & Real Estate is looking to add a Property Manager to join our management team. The ideal candidate is well organized, detail oriented, functions well in a fast paced, energetic setting, has exceptional communication skills, and values our clients’ objectives with their investment properties. Our Brokerage also offers Strata Management and Trading Services activities for those interested in dual licensing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of properties, ensuring effective property management practices.
Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act and tenancy agreement terms.
Leasing and Marketing: Market available properties, conduct property showings, screen potential tenants, and manage tenancy agreements.
Maintenance Coordination:



Work with maintenance contractors to ensure properties are appropriately maintained and that repairs are conducted promptly.

Skill requirements:
licensed to provide Property Management services in the province of BC (or an ability to be licensed in an expedient manner)
valid driver’s license
competency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
ability to learn new systems (property management software)
demonstrated competence in conflict resolution
ability to multi-task and prioritize
ability to work independently and to direct support staff

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
