Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, skilled assistance throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are well-organized, labeled, and attractively displayed
Provide knowledgeable support on product features, especially for technology or electronics items
Maintain excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone or in person with clarity and professionalism
Requirements
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising standards
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Ability to demonstrate patience, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions
Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus but not required; training will be provided for technical products

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour
