We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our agile team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction, excavation, and material handling projects. Duties
Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders with precision and safety awareness
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
Load and unload freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring proper securing of loads
Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and excavation tasks according to project specifications
Support automotive repair tasks related to heavy equipment when necessary, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues




Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents and injuries on-site
Collaborate with team members to coordinate activities, ensuring timely completion of projects

Qualifications
Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or graders in a construction or industrial setting
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment or materials between sites
Certification or demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation required or nice-to-have
Basic knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards for loading/unloading cargo
Ability to perform automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues on heavy machinery is a plus
Robust commitment to safety practices and attention to detail in all tasks performed
Physical ability to stand, lift heavy loads, and operate machinery for extended periods
