Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, IPL,RF and Laser Hair Removal services
Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
Sanitize and maintain a clean and organized work area
Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized skincare routines
Conduct product demonstrations and retail sales to promote skincare products
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Qualifications:
Valid esthetician license in the state of [Location]
Solid customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients




Knowledge of skincare products and ability to recommend appropriate products for clients' needs
Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
