Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into beautifully finished upholstered furniture pieces, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties
Measure, cut, and assemble upholstery materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions and quality standards
Apply foam, fabric, leather, and other materials onto frames with attention to detail and durability
Conduct heavy lifting of furniture components safely during assembly and installation processes
Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move large materials or finished products efficiently
Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal operation during production

Requirements




Proven experience in upholstery, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing with a robust understanding of assembly processes
Mechanical knowledge related to machinery operation, machining, and construction techniques
Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing machinery safely
Familiarity with calipers for precise measurements and quality control checks
Prior warehouse experience including heavy lifting, inventory management, or logistics is preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude with construction experience or machining skills advantageous
Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
