What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a technician who is:
In their 3rd or 4th year of apprenticeship in Refrigeration
Experienced in residential & commercial service work




Committed to excellence and environmental sustainability
A team player who is eager to grow and learn
Solid in technical troubleshooting, customer service, and safety practices

Your Role Will Include
Servicing and maintaining residential geothermal and HVAC systems
Servicing and maintaining some commercial sites
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues
Working collaboratively with our team and clients
Maintaining accurate service records and ensuring job site safety
