The College is seeking a Administrator and Computer Instructor teaching M S Office, who will be responsible for the following:
Plan, prepare and deliver quality in person instruction based on the approved curriculum
Timely completion and submission of all grade books and marking of all tests, examinations and assignments
Courses to be taught Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Publisher and Access advance levels
You will be working in administration also must be able to multi task
Your job duties include but not limited to answering of phones and assisting customers-providing excellent customer service-assisting with status inquiries-greeting customers as they enter the building, update student records, follow up calls, update social media. We are looking a mature person.
You will be working in administration also. Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
Master’s degree in Computer Science or in an appropriate discipline is considered an asset
Minimum 2 years’ of teaching experience working at a college or university
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, resolve problems
Ability to make decisions per policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Previous customer service and administration experience is an extreme asset.
Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi language can be asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour
