Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide product demos to customers
Upsell products and services to maximize sales
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
Assist with inventory management and restocking

Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required




Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
