Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Alongside Store Manager, implement merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and create displays that boost sales.
Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and inventory management with precision.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store foot traffic while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.




Foster a positive team setting through effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
Proven supervising or managerial experience in a very busy retail environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising and retail sales techniques.
Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
