What You’ll Do
Prep ingredients and follow standardized recipes to deliver consistent quality
Cook, portion, and plate food according to restaurant guidelines and ticket times
Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times
Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked while meeting sanitation standards
Communicate with your team to support smooth service and accurate order flow
Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced setting while staying focused
What We’re Looking For
Restaurant cooking experience is preferred, and we’re happy to train the right person
Ability to read and follow recipes, production guides, and procedures
Strong multitasking skills and a commitment to working efficiently
A team mindset and pride in serving high-quality food
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
