Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas during winter weather conditions. This role requires a robust understanding of landscape maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.

Duties
Operate snow plow vehicles and equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, including checking fluid levels and conducting minor repairs.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and productive snow removal operations.
Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly to maintain safety.
Assist with landscape maintenance tasks during off-season periods, including gardening, irrigation, and horticulture work.




Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use.

Experience
Previous experience operating snow plows or similar heavy machinery is preferred.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including gardening and horticulture.
Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance of equipment is essential.
Experience using hand tools and power tools in a construction or maintenance setting is advantageous.
