We're seeking a motivated sales professional with experience in the property management or rental industry who has an established network and a passion for building relationships.

The ideal candidate:
Has experience selling to or working with property managers
Is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
Excels at building long-term client relationships
Is a confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Thrives in a quick-paced startup environment

Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking focusing on property managers
Conduct B2B sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions




Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
Negotiate terms and contracts effectively to maximize sales outcomes
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in sales tools
Support business development initiatives by identifying current markets and potential partnerships

Requirements
4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS
Previous experience working directly with property managers or property management companies
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with experience managing the full sales cycle
Established network within the property management or rental industry an asset
