Job Summary

Duties
Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils with precision and care.
Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and easy access for kitchen staff.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, to ensure a protected workspace.
Assist with food handling tasks when needed, supporting food preparation and service operations.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by providing clean dishes promptly to facilitate smooth food service.
Restock supplies such as soap, cleaning agents,



and towels to keep the dishwashing station fully equipped.

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key!
Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in food service settings.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
Basic knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Experience with kitchen equipment or hotel operations is a plus but not required.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
