Position Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Receptionist to join our team at Windermere CDJR in Edmonton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our dealership running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a warm, qualified attitude and connect them with the right department.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer questions with confidence and professionalism.
Keep the front desk organized, polished, and welcoming.
Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Support the administrative team and jump in wherever needed.
Help create a positive, professional customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door.

Requirements
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills.




Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using office software and handling basic administrative tasks.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to help the team succeed.
Driven mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities.
