Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and contributing to special event meal planning will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food and serve meals to residents
• Follow menus and ensure aesthetic presentation
• Conduct daily food safety temperature audits




• Assist in planning special dietary meals
• Participate in employee training sessions
Requirements:
• Possession of a Food Handler's Certificate required
• Large scale food preparation experience needed
• Knowledge about dietary guidelines and regulations
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Updated Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening must be done
