Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client-focused international tax engagement teams • Deliver expertise on complex tax issues through reports and presentations • Assist in structuring corporate operations for optimal taxation • Conduct modeling for acquisitions of international operations • Cultivate client relationships and oversee project planning
Requirements: • CPA and a Master’s degree in taxation or law • 7-8 years of experience in public accounting • Expertise in international tax compliance and reorganizations • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to travel as required
