Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Furniture Delivery Driver and Mover to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering furniture to customers in a timely and skilled manner. The successful candidate will drive our box truck, handle furniture deliveries, and assist with furniture assembly and setup in-store and at customer locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload furniture carefully to prevent damage
Deliver furniture to residential and commercial locations
Assemble basic furniture items in office.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Maintain delivery logs and collect signatures as required
Follow all safety and traffic rules
Requirements:
Applicants must have Box-Truck or Straight-Truck driving experience.
Valid G Class Driver’s License with Clean driving record
A driving experience letter and Abstract
Must be 25 years old. (Insurance purposes)
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture (50+ lbs)
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Experience:
Furniture Delivery driver: 1 year (preferred)
Driving: 2 years (preferred)
