Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one / small group tutoring to students.
Assess student's academic needs and develop personalized lesson plans
Help students improve their study skills and develop effective learning strategies
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' academic success
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Experience:
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous tutoring experience is preferred
Familiarity with classroom teaching methods and curriculum
Ability to educate and engage students of different ages and learning styles
