We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service
Supervise and motivate staff members, including hiring, training, coaching, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive team
Oversee food handling procedures and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Monitor customer interactions to guarantee excellent service and address any concerns promptly
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation and cooking standards to maintain consistency and quality




Implement effective inventory control measures for food supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong team management skills
Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate staff
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, along with bartending or barista experience
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cash handling duties efficiently
Knowledge of food handling regulations, health standards, and safety procedures
Previous restaurant experience encompassing kitchen operations, serving, and customer service roles

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
