We're hiring a Sales Consultant for Langley/ Surrey/ Delta/ Richmond. This is a real base salary plus uncapped commission.

What you'll actually do
Meet homeowners at their property, walk the exterior with them, and build a quote on the spot using our pricing system
Work leads that come in from our marketing, plus follow-ups with past customers
Prospect in the neighbourhoods around jobs we're already doing — our vans and our work on the street do a lot of the opening for you
Follow up on quotes until you get a yes or a no
Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM

You run your own day and your own territory

What we're looking for
You're comfortable talking to strangers and asking for the sale
Valid BC driver's licence and a clean-ish abstract
You can work outdoors and walk a property in any weather
Robust spoken English you'll be in homeowners' driveways all day. Spanish is nice to have.

Nice to have, not required
Sales experience of any kind (home services, retail, D2D, roofing, siding, fitness)
Experience quoting or estimating exterior work
Contacts among local realtors or property managers

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
