Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to promote optimal oral health.
Take and develop digital radiographs (X-rays), ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and dietary recommendations.
Assist in diagnosing periodontal issues and providing preventive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Open Dental, documenting treatments and observations clearly.




Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Experience
Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and medical terminology is essential for effective communication and workflow.
Familiarity with Open dental or similar dental management software is advantageous.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse patient populations.
Experience working with pediatric patients or in orthodontics can enhance your ability to serve our varied patient base.
Robust customer service skills are vital to creating positive patient experiences from start to finish.
