An established automotive group is confidentially seeking a top-performing Pre-Owned Sales Manager / GSM to lead and grow a dedicated pre-owned operation in Surrey, BC.

We are looking for a proven used-car operator who can buy the right inventory, appraise trades, desk and close deals, manage a sales team, and drive volume and gross profit.

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years automotive management experience
Robust used-vehicle purchasing and appraisal skills
Proven desking, negotiation and closing ability
Experience leading and developing salespeople
Robust understanding of inventory, pricing, aging and turn
Entrepreneurial, confident and results-driven
