Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional service to customers.

Duties:
Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs
Provide information on different strains, potency, and usage of various products
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Stay informed about current trends in the cannabis industry

Experience:
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management




Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with computerized inventory systems is a plus
Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
