Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gas Station Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing fuel and convenience store operations, and ensuring a protected and welcoming workplace for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement. Bilingual skills are a plus to assist a diverse customer base. This position offers an opportunity to develop retail and sales expertise in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling vehicles efficiently
Operate POS systems for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts
Manage merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure cleanliness of the store area
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette
Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management
Maintain safety standards by monitoring fuel pumps and store premises




Assist with merchandising efforts to promote products effectively
Handle cash register operations accurately while managing cash handling procedures

Requirements
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, and upselling techniques is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
Candidate must be 19 years or older.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
