What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service
Ability to communicate with people
Comfortable taking and making telephone calls
Good learning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task
Main responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, emails, take correct information and answer all questions efficiently, collect health information.
Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, schedule or cancel optical examinations and appointments.
Billing and/or payment of insurance by patients.
Perform preliminary eye exam tests as needed or requested.




Respond to a high volume of calls and maintain a high work pace.
