Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the hotel. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, and adherence to brand standards while fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share
Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and staff
Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
Build relationships within the local community and tourism sector
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications




Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
Proven track record in financial management and operational leadership
Strong understanding of hotel systems and revenue management practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
