You must have prior kitchen experience to be considered for this role.

Pay is supplemented with tips, shared from a tip pool up to $6 dollars an hour.

Extra hours can be reached by helping out on the canning line in the slow season.

We love all things craft beer and strive to convey that through the experiences and products we offer. We are searching for a Cook or Kitchen staff who prides themselves in providing customers with memorable experiences, challenges themselves to constantly learn, and thrives in a fast a paced environment.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
Complete various jobs in the kitchen based on experience




Clean their work area, do dishes and closing duties
Add to the Hawk Tail team chemistry by communicating professionally/respectfully with all Hawk Tail stakeholders.
Be an Ambassador of the Hawk Tail Brand in all interactions.
Share in Tips from the shift (Tip pools are fairly shared and distributed by management)
Previous cooking experience is preferred
A great attitude, strong communication skills, honest and reliable.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
