Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and consistency, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and more
Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices
Assist in meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for efficient service
Serve breakfast dishes promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards




Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy morning hours

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Experience with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast items
Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic cooking techniques
Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
