About the Job

Location: Hello Nori King West (648 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M7)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19/hourly + Gratuities

Job Overview:

As a Supervisor, you’ll be right in the action – leading our front-of-house team, keeping service smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You’ll coach and motivate your team, jump in when needed,



and help keep our dining room buzzing with good vibes (and perfectly rolled hand rolls).

Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Servers and Hosts
Keep service running smoothly (shifts, breaks, schedules, etc.)
Ensure guests have an amazing experience every time
Help train and grow our team
Keep an eye on quality, cleanliness, and safety
Handle cash, reservations, and the little details that make a big difference

Requirements:
1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
A natural leader who loves motivating teams
Guest-focused and passionate about great service
Ready to grow with us as we expand across Canada
Valid responsible liquor sales and service certificate - Smart Serve (ON)
Full time availability, including evenings and weekends
Must be legally able to work in Canada

Bonus skills (nice-to-haves):
Sake knowledge or experience with beverage programs
Bar experience (cocktails, sake, or beverage service)
