Windermere Crescendo is seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Out of School Care (OSC) Educator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with school-age children in a supportive, creative, and structured setting.

JOB DUTIES:
Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive workplace for school-age children
Supervise children during before- and after-school programming
Walk children safely to and from the designated school, following established safety procedures
Plan and support age-appropriate activities (art, music, games, outdoor play)
Maintain active supervision at all times
Support positive behavior and social development
Communicate respectfully with children, families, and team members
Follow all licensing, safety, and centre policies




Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
Able to bend, get-down to children's level, carrying or lifting children weight 50lbs or less.
Spend time with children in the outdoor setting for at least twice a day when the weather is above -15c.
Must be available between 7am - 6pm.

Qualifications:
Experience working with school-age children (OSC experience preferred)
Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification
Current First Aid & CPR
Vulnerable Sector Check
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to adapt in a quick-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$24.16 per hour
