Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled STEEP Roofing crews to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and a strong understanding of building structures. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively. MUST have own company, WCB, GST & tools

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems on residential buildings.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various roofing tasks.
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure roofs are watertight.
Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to complete roofing projects.
Assist in heavy lifting of materials and equipment during installations or repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.





Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
Solid physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Commitment to safety practices on job sites.
Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
