Capstan Dental is a brand new dental clinic located in Richmond, BC! Expected to open in Summer 2026. We are seeking a friendly and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental team! The receptionist will be the first point of contact to welcome patients, provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Duties:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
Has completed xray module and can take xrays
Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical history forms
Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
Perform dental receptionist duties as needed

Qualifications:
Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent experience (CDA/LDA)




Knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures
Proficiency in using dental software systems
Solid communication skills and Cantonese/Mandarin speaking is an asset.
Knowledge of dental terminology.
